Oracle has joined forces with Galliard Homes to regenerate Indescon Court as part of a joint venture. Planning permission was granted for phase one in 2007 & phase two in 2008, to redevelop an underused and out-of-date warehouse and office park in London’s Docklands. With a lack of variety in mixed-use developing in the heart of Millennium Quarter the development will comprise:
- 57,761sq ft of Hotel / serviced apartments including 180 rooms
- A1-A5 uses for retail providing 17,804 sq ft of space
- Leisure Facilities 16,760 sq ft including a 20m pool
- 69,268 sq ft of public space
- Residential Properties
This will create employment opportunities for local people; we are also committed to the employment of local people in the construction.
