Putney To Reach Lofty Heights
Plans have been submitted to build two Will Alsop- designed towers opposite East Putney tube station in south-west London. The Putney Place scheme - to be developed by Oracle Residential - will feature two mixed-use towers of 26 and 21 storeys. The development will provide 300 flats and 41,000 sq ft of offices, shops and leisure space. The taller commercial building will feature winter gardens running up the sides of the tower, while the shorter residential block will have a roof garden. Turley Associates is advising on the planning.
