Oracle acquired the disused Parsons Mead School, Ashtead in August 2007. We plan to provide over 100 homes, including affordable housing, in a well-designed and landscaped setting.
A public consultation at the start of the design process made sure that local residents’ views were taken into account. We have also had extensive pre-planning discussions with local Planning Officers and Councillors.
Our proposal for Parsons Mead School includes:
- 103 homes with associated parking and landscaping
- significant open space for public and community use
