Jubilee Street is close to the seafront in Brighton, East Sussex. Oracle purchased the development in 2003 and sold it on to overseas investors before construction was complete.
It contains 11 shops/restaurants, 47 residential units and 19,000 sq ft of fully let offices above. Retail tenants include Tesco Express, Carluccio’s, Yo! Sushi and Starbucks. Commercial property advisors Stiles Harold Williams have also taken occupancy within the development.
