Driscoll House is a historic Grade II listed building on the New Kent Road at the Elephant and Castle. Previously it was a 200 bedroom hotel, the Driscoll House Hotel.
Oracle gained full planning permission for a 250-bed hostel and sold the site onto ING Real Estate for £6.65 Million.
