Set in 67 acres of stunning Surrey countryside, this former university campus enjoys far-reaching views of the Thames and Windsor Castle.

This £200 million project will regenerate the site for mixed use, breathing new life into a site already notable for its architecture, landscape and nature conservation.

The development will include:

  • quality residential and student accommodation
  • a small business park
  • retirement homes
  • formal and informal landscaped gardens
  • a junior rugby pitch
  • enhancement of the ancient woodland
  • protection and enhancement of important ecological areas.

The project involves the redevelopment of over 475,000 sq ft of accommodation, including some of the historically significant buildings on site. Using input from local residents at our 2007 consultation weekend, Oracle acting on behalf of overseas investors on this project aim to reflect and enhance the existing architecture and historic landscape of the site.
