This two and a half acre site is in the picturesque semi-rural village of Lavant, close to Goodwood, the South Downs and Chichester City centre and marina. The site is a popular walking and cycling route between the main village road and a disused railway line.
In July 2008, planning permission for a new development of 35 units on the site, was granted. This combined :
- 21 private units – 3 and 4 bedroom traditional two storey housing
- 14 affordable units - a combination of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom houses
We are also proposing to refurbish the Meadow Lodge property on the site using locally sourced materials such as clay tiles, stock bricks from the Weald and hand-knapped flint.
