Strategically located near the Olympic area, with 70 metres of Thames waterside frontage, Sunshine Wharf is a key regeneration project within the Thames Gateway.
Oracle developed a strategic masterplan for the wider area which included the development of Sunshine Wharf. We then agreed a timeframe and development strategy with the Thames Gateway UDC and Newham Council.
Ballymore, an adjoining land owner, recognised the Sunshine Wharf site as integral to the development of the wider area. Benefiting from our masterplanning work, on behalf of overseas investors we sold the site to Ballymore in 2008 for £15 million.
