On behalf of overseas investors, Oracle have recently submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of two vacant office blocks opposite East Putney tube station, an area of 1.2 acres. Regeneration of this area will create one of West London’s most exclusive new developments with two buildings 21 and 26 storeys high, a single-storey retail/cafe pod and landscaped public areas.
Our planning application will include:
- 300 units
- 41,785 sq ft of office space
- 6,899 sq ft of retail/restaurant space
- residential amenity space with roof terraces and a winter garden
- public amenity area with public artwork
The planning application for the proposed scheme has now been submitted, awaiting validation.
