This site, a three-storey office building with 190 parking spaces, was purchased on behalf of overseas investors in May 2007.
Oracle has submitted a planning application for 337 residential units within a high quality designed and landscaped scheme.
The planned development includes a mixture of apartment types to meet a range of needs including affordable units. It would also include four retail units with a mixture of A1 and A3 uses.
The planned scheme will also:
- provide new public access through the site and along the Botany Stream
- regenerate the Botany Quarter
- offer ecological and environmental enhancements to the Botany Stream
- create a new central pedestrian area and plaza.
